There are many things God is doing in my life right now; I don't want to give any of them up. So, I've burned the candle at both ends, late nights and early mornings. I've been pouring more out than I was retaining. Right now, my spirit does not want to speak early in the morning. I hear what God saying, but my spirit has no words to translate it for you. Instead, my spirit longs for meditation, solitude and silence.
So, I have to take a break from Bible Breakfast. I don't want to; I hate leaving things unfinished. I don't think I'm done with Bible Breakfast yet. I want to finish Mark. There are a few more books I want to write through. You may see me pop up in other areas soon as well. I'm close to launching a few other projects, one specifically on social media. I'll let you know when that launches. Please now, I am not choosing those projects over Bible Breakfast. This has been my personal quiet time with the Lord which I've shared with you. My quiet time is changing for a bit to pursue the spiritual disciplines of silence and solitude, and they simply don't lend to blogging.
While new posts may not becoming for a bit, there are still over 550 devotionals covering 26 books of the Bible on the site. I encourage you to continue to read Bible Breakfast. Find a book of the Bible in the categories and keep reading.
If you have been a regular reader of Bible Breakfast, thank you for journeying with me. I hope to be back soon.
